The short version
Mumbles is a one-time purchase desktop app for Mac. You buy a license, you own it. Your voice and text stay on your machine. If you're not happy, you get your money back within 30 days.
License
When you purchase Mumbles, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your Mac. Each license is for one user. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense Mumbles.
Purchases and refunds
Mumbles is a one-time purchase of $10. No subscriptions, no recurring charges. If Mumbles doesn't work out for you, reach out within 30 days of purchase and you'll receive a full refund, no questions asked.
Your content
Mumbles processes your voice and text entirely on your Mac. Nothing is sent to any server. We don't access, collect, or store any of your content. What you say and type stays on your machine.
Privacy
Your privacy matters. Mumbles doesn't collect or transmit your data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
Mumbles is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Speech recognition accuracy may vary depending on your hardware, environment, and speech patterns.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mumbles and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of Mumbles. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Mumbles after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
